Gregg Marrazzo, Vice President and Chief Counsel-Intellectual Property and Global Marketing, Kimberly Clark
Gregg Marrazzo is Vice President-Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property and Global Marketing of Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc., with responsibility for corporate patent, trademark and copyright matters. In addition, Gregg and his team handle all general legal work for the Chief Marketing Officer’s organization. Gregg joined Kimberly-Clark in 1998 and has held positions of increasing responsibility since that time. Currently, Gregg is a Vice President and member of the Board of Directors for the International Trademark Association, the largest organization of brand owners in the world.
Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Gregg worked for Bausch & Lomb, Incorporated where he served as Senior Counsel Trademark and General Divisional Counsel for the RAY-BAN sunglasses business.
During the course of his career, Gregg has worked extensively in the consumer product arena having dealt with such diverse products and services as cosmetics, eyewear, entertainment, sports franchises, publishing, and apparel.
Gregg is a frequent speaker on advertising, marketing, branding, and related issues.
Gregg is a graduate of St. John’s University and received his law degree from Pace University School of Law.
