David Stimson, Chief Trademark Counsel, Kodak, and Frm. President of the International Trademark Association
David Stimson is Chief Trademark Counsel for Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York with worldwide responsibility for Kodak’s trademarks and copyrights. He is a graduate of Hamilton College and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He was president of the International Trademark Association and a member of INTA’s Select Committee on the Federal Trademark Dilution Act. He was a member of the Trademark Public Advisory Committee to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 2000 to 2003. He has taught courses on trademark law and internet law at Syracuse University College of Law and the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
